Job summary

Gointegra Facility Management seeks an MEP Operations Supervisor for a residential apartment project in India. You will oversee Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP and Fire & Safety systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation and timely maintenance responses.

You will lead technicians and coordinate with vendors, documenting maintenance activities and driving energy-efficiency improvements while complying with safety and statutory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP/Facility Management for residential properties.
• Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP operations across the residential apartment.
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP and Fire & Safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers and other maintenance staff.
• Attend and resolve resident complaints and maintenance requests within timeline.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain records of equipment, breakdowns and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Monitor energy and utility consumption; identify optimization opportunities.
• Handle emergencies such as power failure, water leakage and equipment breakdown.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update the Facility Manager.

• Handle emergency situations such as power failure, water leakage, equipment breakdown and fire-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update the Facility Manager.
