Job summary

GoIntegra Facility Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor for a residential apartment site. You will oversee day-to-day MEP operations, monitor Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP/WTP and Fire & Safety systems, and ensure safe, efficient performance.

You will coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, supervise technicians and contractors, handle resident requests, and maintain records while ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 2–5 years experience in MEP / Facility Management for residential buildings.
• Knowledge of building services, safety standards and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP operations across the residential apartment.
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP and Fire & Safety systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP operations across the residential apartment.
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP and Fire & Safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers and other maintenance staff.
• Attend and resolve resident complaints and maintenance requests within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with vendors, AMC contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain records of equipment, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Monitor energy and utility consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle emergency situations such as power failure, water leakage, equipment breakdown and fire-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update the Facility Manager.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualification
