Purple Corp is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial buildings in Pune. You will manage civil and MEP maintenance, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations while coordinating with vendors and contractors.

The role requires strong leadership, preventive maintenance planning, and budget monitoring to optimize utility use and keep buildings safe and functional.

• Handle vendor management, contractor coordination, service agreements, and work orders.
