Job summary

GoIntegra facility management is seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to oversee daily operations across residential apartments. You will monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, and fire & safety systems, ensuring safe and efficient performance.

The role requires strong knowledge of MEP systems, team leadership, and experience with preventive maintenance. You will coordinate with vendors and respond to resident requests while maintaining detailed records and reports.

GoIntegra facility management | Full time

• Supervise day-to-day MEP operations across the residential apartment.
  
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP and Fire & Safety systems .
  
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
  
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  
• Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers and other maintenance staff.
  
• Attend and resolve resident complaints and maintenance requests within the required timeline.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, AMC contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  
• Maintain records of equipment, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and service activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and statutory requirements .
  
• Monitor energy and utility consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Handle emergency situations such as power failure, water leakage, equipment breakdown and fire-related issues .
  
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update the Facility Manager.

Preferred Qualification
