Job summary

GoIntegra facility management in Kerala is seeking an experienced facilities technician to supervise day-to-day MEP operations across a residential apartment complex. You will monitor Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP, and Fire & Safety systems, lead maintenance teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in MEP / Facility Management / Residential Apartments

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP operations across the residential apartment.
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP and Fire & Safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers and maintenance staff.
• Attend and resolve resident complaints and maintenance requests within the required timeline.
• Coordinate with vendors, AMC contractors and service providers.
• Maintain records of equipment, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Monitor energy and utility consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle emergencies such as power failure, water leakage, equipment breakdown and fire-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update the Facility Manager.

Preferred Qualification
