Quality Property Management Company in Chennai is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead end-to-end MEP operations across multiple client sites. You will supervise electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and building systems, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive fault resolution with a skilled technical team.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 8–12 years in technical facility management, strong leadership, and proven vendor

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in Technical Facility Management / MEP Operations.
• Experience handling multiple client locations and large technical teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• IFM (Integrated Facility Management) experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end technical facility management operations across multiple client locations.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building utility systems.
• Plan, monitor, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS, chillers, pumps, lifts, and HVAC systems.
• Manage technical teams, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical complaints, equipment breakdowns, and client escalations.
• Conduct regular technical site inspections, audits, and equipment performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and safety procedures.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, spare parts, inventory, and vendor performance.
• Implement energy conservation initiatives and cost optimisation measures.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, equipment downtime, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and submit periodic technical and operational performance reports.
• Maintain effective client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 812 years in Technical Facility Management / MEP Operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with Integrated Facility Management (IFM) experience will be preferred.
