Job summary

JLL in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Executive to support the Sr. Engineer in managing MEP installations and civil maintenance within the facility. You will maintain critical spares, oversee preventive maintenance, and ensure adherence to manufacturer recommendations for quality work by M&E contractors.

Daily reporting to the Sr. Engineer, generating maintenance reports, and managing spares inventory are key duties.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts.
• Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Duty Sr. Engineer.
• Effective management of the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Engineer in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility.
• Responsible for maintaining the critical spares list for all MEP equipment installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
• Assist the Sr. Engineer to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations.
• Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns.
• Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time.
• Ensure the contractors always follow the house rules and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client.
• Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters.
• Daily Walk around of the Facility.
