Job summary

JLL in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Technical Executive to manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS, and FAPA. You will drive energy-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in Facility Management or related fields, with strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills, enabling reliable, safe operations and service delivery across the workspace.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Operations, or Technical Services.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA systems.
• Vendor management and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of building regulations, safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule.
• Monitor facility performance, energy consumption, and savings initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC execution and compliance.
• Ensure safety, EHS compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain records, reports, and audit documentation.
• Support office fit-outs and technical upgrades.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead safety initiatives, investigations, and CAPA actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA System.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.
• Monitor facility performance, utility consumption, and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC execution and statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, EHS requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain records, reports, logbooks, maintenance schedules, and audit documentation.
• Support office fit-outs, projects, and technical upgrades as required.
• Attend emergencies and ensure timely closure of technical issues.
• Drive workplace safety initiatives and participate in incident investigations, RCA, and CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless facility operations and service delivery.
