Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Executive - Technical in Port Blair, India. The role involves inspecting and monitoring building facilities, ensuring upkeep of high rise properties, and reporting to management on issues and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical and 4–5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, with strong logs and reporting discipline. The position requires on-site work at the facility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in facility management or electrical/equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, a/c, fire services, water and electricity supply.
• Upkeep of entire property including maintenance of high rise buildings.
• Report and follow up any requests or complaints from customers to management.
• Follow up on pending issues carried forward from previous shift.
• Maintain hand over/take over log books per shift.
• Check and maintain log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
