Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring for an Executive - Technical to maintain electrical equipment and ensure safety for people and property in Port Blair. The role requires knowledge of high-end electrical systems and proactive facility oversight.

The candidate will inspect lifts, DG sets, HVAC, fire services and utilities, maintain logbooks, report issues, and prepare routine performance reports for the Operations Manager. Experience in building facilities is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of high-end electrical equipment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply.
• Upkeep of entire property including maintenance of high-rise buildings.
• Report and follow up any request & complaints from Customer to management office.
• Follow up on pending issues carried forward from previous shift.
• Maintaining hand over/take over log books per shift.
• Checking and maintaining the Log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the Operations Manager.
