Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Bengaluru is seeking an Executive - Technical to maintain electrical equipment and safety for people and property. The role involves monitoring building facilities such as lifts, DG sets, air conditioning, fire services, and water supply.

You will upkeep high-rise properties, report and follow up on customer requests, and maintain handover logs. The applicant should have 4–5 years of experience and a Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical with 4–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of high-end electrical equipment and their operation.
• Experience in building facilities maintenance and safety protocols.
• Willingness to report and follow up on requests from customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply and electricity supply.
• Upkeep of entire property including maintenance of high rise buildings.
• Report and follow up any request & complaints from Customer to management office.
• Maintain hand over/take over log books per shift.
• Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
