Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Executive - Technical in Bengaluru to inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG sets, air conditioning, fire services, water and electricity. The role involves upkeep of the property, logging and reporting on daily operations, and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or BTech in Electrical and 4-5 years of related work experience, with a focus on high-rise building maintenance and timely follow-up on

• Diploma or BTech in Electrical is required.
• Minimum 4-5 years work experience in electrical/facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, AC, fire services, water and electricity.
• Upkeep of the property and maintenance of high-rise buildings.
• Report and follow up on customer requests to management office.
• Follow up on pending issues from previous shift.
• Maintain handover/takeover log books per shift.
• Check and maintain log books and facility checklists.
• Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
