Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Chennai seeks a Facility Executive - Technical to oversee site maintenance of infrastructure, HVAC, electrical panels, water systems and related services, ensuring compliance with standards. You will lead a technical support team, review processes, handle incidents with prompt reporting, and ensure timely resolution of client queries while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical and at least 6 years of relevant experience, with

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the same profile.
• Good communication in Hindi and English.
• High standard of grooming.
• Works in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of site infrastructure including HVAC, electrical panels, water systems, and safety-critical equipment.
• Lead a technical support team and drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Attend and manage incidents on-site and report within defined timelines.
• Address and resolve client queries and complaints within the defined TAT.
• Track and supervise masonry, carpentry, plumbing, sanitary, welding and painting works and other technical tasks.

Job Description

• To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including equipment’s like HVAC system, , BMS, HT and LT panels, switchyard, transformer, UPS, pumping system, WTP, STP, fire alarms, firesystems,distribution of power, water quality, control of circuits, digital application, civil, plumbing etc

About the Role

• To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
• To lead a team of technical support staff
• To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
• To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
• To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
• Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works

About You

• Need to be Diploma / B Tech – Electrical with a minimum of 06 years of experience in same profile
• Good communication in Hindi , and English
• High standard of grooming
• Works in shifts
