Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an Executive Facility - Technical to maintain electrical equipment and ensure safety of people and property. The role requires knowledge of high-end electrical systems and their operation.

You will inspect and monitor building facilities (lifts, DG sets, HVAC, fire services), upkeep high-rise properties, log handovers, and prepare regular reports for the Operations Manager as part of a busy facilities team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical field required.
• 4–5 years of experience in facility/electrical maintenance or related role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply and building works.
• Upkeep of entire property including maintenance of high rise buildings.
• Report and follow up any requests & complaints from customers to the management office.
• Follow up on pending issues carried forward from previous shift.
• Maintaining hand over/take over log books per shift.
• Checking and maintaining the log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
