Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru seeks a Facility Executive - Technical to inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG sets, AC, fire services, water supply, electricity, and related works. You will ensure upkeep of a high-rise property and report issues to the management.

Responsibilities include maintaining log books, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Operations Manager, following up on pending issues from the previous shift, and handling customer requests and

Qualificações

• Diploma/BTech in Electrical; relevant facility management knowledge.
• 4-5 years of work experience in facility/technical maintenance.
• Knowledge of lifts, DG sets, AC, fire services and electrical systems.
