Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Executive Facility - Technical in Bengaluru to maintain electrical equipment and ensure safety for people and property. The role requires handling lifts, DG sets, HVAC, fire services, water, and power systems.

You will prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain log books while ensuring high-rise building upkeep and prompt follow-up on issues from shifts and customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in facilities/electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of high-end electrical equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, AC, fire services, water supply, electricity supply.
• Upkeep of the entire property including high rise buildings maintenance.
• Report and follow up on customer requests to management.

Job Description

Maintains electrical equipments and safety of people and property. The person should have knowledge of high end electric equipments and their operations.

Major Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply and building work
• Upkeep of entire property including maintenance of high rise buildings.
• Report and follow up any request & complaints from Customer to management office
• Follow up on pending issues carried forward from previous shift.
• Maintaining hand over/take over log books per shift.
• Checking and maintaining the Log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the Operations Manager.

Work Experience

• Minimum Experience - 4-5 Years
