Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Executive - Technical for its Chennai site. The role requires overseeing maintenance of the building, infrastructure, and services, including HVAC, electrical systems, and safety equipment.

You will lead a technical support team, review procedures, and ensure incidents are controlled and resolved within the defined timelines. Strong communication in Hindi and English is essential, along with shifts work and professional grooming.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BTech in Electrical with minimum 6 years in a similar role.
• Proficient in Hindi and English communication.
• Maintain high grooming standards.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical support staff on site.
• Oversee maintenance of electrical & mechanical systems (HVAC, BMS, switchgear, pumps, WTP/STP, fire alarms).
• Review and modify maintenance processes as required.
• Respond to incidents promptly and report within defined timelines.
• Address client queries and complaints within specified TAT.
• Track works across masonry, carpentry, plumbing, sanitary, welding, painting and other technical tasks.

• To ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including equipment’s like HVAC system, , BMS, HT and LT panels, switchyard, transformer, UPS, pumping system, WTP, STP, fire alarms, firesystems,distribution of power, water quality, control of circuits, digital application, civil, plumbing etc

About the Role

• To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
• To lead a team of technical support staff
• To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
• To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
• To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
• Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works

About You

• Need to be Diploma / B Tech – Electrical with a minimum of 06 years of experience in same profile
• Good communication in Hindi , and English
• High standard of grooming
• Works in shifts
