Job summary

cw in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Executive - Technical to maintain electrical equipment and ensure safety of people and property. The role covers monitoring building facilities such as lifts, DG sets, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, and power distribution.

You will report on daily operations, prepare reports for the Operations Manager, and oversee handover logs. Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical with 4-5 years' experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of high-end electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply and building work.
• Maintain upkeep of high-rise buildings and property.
• Report and follow up customer requests with management office.
• Follow up on issues carried forward from previous shift.
• Maintain handover/takeover log books per shift.
• Checking and maintaining the log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Operations Manager.

Major Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply and building work
• Upkeep of entire property including maintenance of high rise buildings.
• Report and follow up any request & complaints from Customer to management office
• Follow up on pending issues carried forward from previous shift.
• Maintaining hand over/take over log books per shift.
• Checking and maintaining the Log books and checklists of all facilities.
• Prepare and send Daily/weekly/Monthly report to the Operations Manager.
