Job summary

Randstad in India seeks an experienced facility manager to oversee housekeeping, security, and vendor performance across the workplace. You will drive hygiene standards, manage inventory, and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth operations.

The role focuses on maintaining facility quality, resolving occupant concerns promptly, and supporting health and safety compliance. A background in hotel or facility management is preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, hygiene, and deep-cleaning schedules.
• Coordinate with external agencies for pest control, landscaping, cafeteria, and security.
• Monitor stock of cleaning chemicals, pantry supplies, and uniforms.
• Conduct facility inspections to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Address employee or tenant feedback and resolve complaints
• Assist in safety drills and maintain incident logs

• Core Goal: Maintain high facility standards and resolve occupant complaints quickly.


• Experience Level: 2 to 5 years in facility management or hospitality.


• Education: Bachelors degree or a Diploma in Hotel/Facility Management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping & Hygiene: Supervise cleaning staff, monitor washroom hygiene, and manage deep-cleaning schedules.


• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies for pest control, landscaping, cafeteria, and security services.


• Stock & Inventory: Track cleaning chemicals, pantry supplies, and uniform stocks to prevent shortages.


• SLA & Quality Control: Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met.


• Client Relations: Address employee or tenant feedback and resolve facility complaints within target times.


• Safety & Compliance: Assist in safety drills, maintain incident logs, and ensure adherence to health regulations
