Job summary

Captalent Hr in Chennai District is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the complete operational, housekeeping, security, and administrative maintenance of a residential project. The role requires 2–7 years hands-on facility management experience, preferably with large residential complexes or construction sites, and a diploma/degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering.

Max salary package is 4.8 Lpa. The position is male-only as per the ad.

Work Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in facility management, preferably handling large residential complexes or construction sites

Key Responsibilities :

1. Facility Operations & Maintenance
   • Direct and manage day-to-day administrative and physical operations of the project
   • Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical networks, plumbing, civil maintenance , fire safety equipment, and generators.
2. Vendor & Contract Management (Housekeeping & Security)
   • Mandatory Recruitment & Management: Directly oversee the sourcing, hiring, deployment, and performance of on-site Housekeeping and Security staff.
   • Manage third-party facility management contractors, security agencies, and maintenance vendors.
   • Ensure full compliance with state and local regulatory standards, environmental safety rules, building maintenance codes.
