Job summary

Property Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Facility Executive (Soft services) to train housekeepers, supervise staff daily, and ensure cleanliness of work areas, stairways and common spaces.

Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, enforcing hygiene standards, addressing client requests, stock control, and coordinating deep cleaning as needed. Immediate joiners preferred with take‑home salary of ₹30,000–₹35,000.

Qualifications

• Any degree with system knowledge and good communication skills.

• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to client complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including on floor
• Plan and execute in deep cleaning as and when required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
