Job summary

Property solutions India Pvt ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Facility Executive Soft Services to manage day-to-day soft services at the client site in Andheri East. You will supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, and other support services, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires 3–6 years of experience in facility management, strong communication, and team coordination. Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day soft services operations at the facility.
• Supervise housekeeping, pantry, security, and other support services.
• Manage manpower, attendance, rosters, and staff deployment.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor performance and service delivery.
• Handle client communication and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain operational reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
• Support audits, client reviews, and other facility-related activities.
