Job summary

Property solutions India Pvt ltd is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager (Soft Services) at Airoli, Navi Mumbai to oversee day-to-day soft services. You will supervise housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping and other activities while ensuring SOPs and client requirements are met.

The role demands 6+ years in facility management, strong communication, client handling and vendor management, with immediate joining preferred. Location is on-site in Airoli.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day soft services operations at the commercial facility.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping and other soft service activities.
• Manage manpower deployment, attendance, grooming and discipline.
• Ensure service quality and adherence to SOPs and client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor service performance and SLAs.
• Handle client coordination, complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor consumables, inventory and vendor billing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports and maintain operational records.
• Lead and motivate the site team to ensure smooth facility operations.
