Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Pune seeks an experienced Facility Manager to lead end-to-end operations for residential projects. You will drive preventive maintenance, oversee MEP systems, manage AMCs, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, efficient campuses.

The role requires 8–12 years in facility management, deep MEP knowledge, vendor oversight, and strong leadership. Proficiency in Excel and ERP FM software is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 8–12 years of experience in facility management and maintenance, preferably in residential real estate.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, building maintenance, and utility management.
• Experience in managing AMCs, vendors, contractors, and facility teams.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, fire safety, and building maintenance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Facility Management Software, and reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facility and maintenance operations across residential projects.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems, utilities, and common area infrastructure.
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service providers.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, costs, and service quality.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence.
• Drive vendor performance through regular reviews and service evaluations.
• Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and timely action.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement continuous improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records, MIS reports, and asset documentation.
• Support handover activities and ensure defect-free project transitions.
