Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications in Facility/Property Management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial and corporate facilities.
• Manage housekeeping, security, MEP services, fire safety systems, and staff.
• Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, SLAs, and vendor performance.
• Monitor facility budgets, operational expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely closure of maintenance observations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, fire safety norms, and building compliance requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, occupants, clients, and internal stakeholders for all facility-related matters.
• Oversee procurement of facility-related materials, equipment, and services.
• Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, AMC schedules, and facility documentation.
• Lead and mentor the facility team to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
