JLL is seeking a facilities professional to manage day-to-day soft service operations in the Gurugram area. The role involves overseeing housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and office hygiene, while ensuring adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.

You will supervise support staff, coordinate with vendors, and conduct regular inspections to maintain service quality across the premises.

Qualificações

• Experience managing soft services teams (housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria) and coordinating with support staff.
• Ability to conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure service quality and standards.
• Proven track record in vendor management, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with safety, health, and environmental standards in office environments.

• Support facility management activities and special projects as assigned.
