Job summary

Smartworks in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Soft Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day housekeeping, pest control, horticulture, pantry and waste management across the facility.

You will ensure cleanliness, hygiene and service quality, coordinate with vendors for delivery and cost optimization, monitor staff performance, maintain checklists and MIS reports, and support audits and deep-cleaning drives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping, pest control, horticulture, pantry and waste management across the facility.
• Ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene and service quality standards across the facility.
• Coordinate with vendors for service delivery, quality checks and resolution of service-related issues.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance and performance of soft services staff/vendors.
• Maintain checklists, logs and reports for daily/weekly/monthly operations.
• Handle inventory and stock management for housekeeping and pantry consumables.
• Address and resolve employee/occupant complaints related to soft services promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, negotiation and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and statutory norms.
• Support in organizing events, deep-cleaning drives and facility audits.
• Prepare MIS reports related to soft services budget, consumption and vendor performance.
