Job summary

Dolphin Hotels - Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad seeks an experienced F&B Head to oversee all outlets—restaurants, banquets, and room service—ensuring top-quality service and standards.

You will plan menus, manage food/beverage costs, inventory, and vendor relations while recruiting, training, and scheduling F&B staff. Lead safety, hygiene, and compliance, and coordinate with kitchen, events, and front office to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified HM Bachelor's / 3yr Diploma or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a destination hotel / resort setting
• Knowledge of POS systems, FSSAI norms, HACCP, ISO22000 audit, inventory management, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends / holidays and when required
