Job summary

Hotel Four Element, Varanasi is seeking an experienced F&B Captain to lead the on-floor service and guest interactions with warmth and professionalism. You will supervise daily restaurant and banquet service, brief stewards, ensure proper setup, and coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate should have prior F&B Captain experience in a hotel or restaurant, strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations,

Qualifications

Responsibilities
