Job summary

Della Group is seeking a skilled Outlet Supervisor for its F&B operations in Maharashtra. You will manage day-to-day operations of assigned outlets with focus on guest satisfaction, service standards, and smooth collaboration with the kitchen and other departments.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years experience in hotel/hospitality, a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, and a commitment to food hygiene, safety, and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• 1–3 years of experience in F&B/service.
• Knowledge of SOPs, safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlets.
• Supervise service staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle guest queries professionally.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor mise-en-place, stock, inventory, wastage and breakage.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist the Outlet/F&B Manager in staff scheduling and daily reports.
• Train and guide team members on service standards.
