Job summary

Wonderla Holidays in Telangana is seeking an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth service, and drive revenue for the outlet.

You will lead a 20-30 staff team, ensure quality and compliance, manage costs, and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the assigned F&B outlet and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Supervise and effectively manage a team of 20-30 staff, including manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, discipline and productivity.
• Take responsibility for achieving the assigned F&B revenue and SPH targets for the outlet.
• Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, add-ons, combos and promotional products.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, handle guest complaints and continuously improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensure proper food quality, portion control, presentation, availability and adherence to standard recipes and procedures.
• Monitor and control food cost, wastage, stock consumption and operational expenses of the outlet.
• Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and company SOPs.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provide regular training, coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash/POS control, daily sales reconciliation, documentation and timely reporting of operational issues to the reporting manager.
