Job summary

Della Group in Lonavala, India seeks an experienced F&B supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. You will lead F&B associates, stewards, and other service staff during shifts, while delivering guest-focused service.

Guest satisfaction, proper table setups, and adherence to service standards are essential, along with coordinating with the kitchen and other departments for timely execution. Strong communication and grooming are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• 2–4 years of experience in food & beverage service.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead F&B Associates, Stewards, and other service staff during the shift.
• Welcome guests and understand their requirements to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure proper table setup, service sequence, and standards of service.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for timely and accurate order execution.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and elevate issues when required.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team members.
• Monitor grooming, hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline of the service team.
• Ensure proper billing, order taking, POS procedures, and cash-handling practices.
