Job summary

Hilton is seeking hospitality staff to ensure flawless service at events and dining services. You will seat guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver a premium guest experience for functions and everyday service.

The role requires familiarity with reservations, event details, menu pricing, and a proactive, courteous attitude to handle inquiries and maintain high standards throughout all functions.

Responsibilities

To ensure that at all times the service sequence in the restaurant is followed.

• To seat the guests and present them with the menus.
• To take F&B orders from the guests in the standard manner and should be able to offer suggestions.

• To know all the reservations of the day.

• To be very well versed with menu pricing and to know the basic methods of preparing the dishes and the ingredients.
