Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a senior leader to drive AI-enabled Finance Accounting transformation globally. You will leverage GenAI, RPA, analytics and intelligent automation to deliver cost optimization, productivity gains and operational excellence across FA processes.

You will define the end-to-end transformation roadmap, engage with CFOs and finance heads, and lead large-scale programs with governance, change management and ROI realization across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have substantial hands-on FA transformation experience.
• Experience leading global Finance Transformation programs.
• Pure technology/AI profiles without FA transformation background are not suitable.

Total Experience and Relevant Experience: 15+ years of overall experience in Finance Accounting (FA) operations and transformation.

Strong and relevant experience across RTR, PTP, OTC, FPA and Controllership.

Proven experience in leading AI/GenAI, RPA, automation, analytics and digital transformation initiatives within FA.

Detailed Job Description

JD:

The role will lead and drive AI-enabled Finance Accounting transformation by leveraging AI, GenAI, RPA, analytics and intelligent automation to deliver business value, cost optimization, productivity improvements and operational excellence across global FA processes.

Transformation Strategy Leadership

• Define and drive the end-to-end FA transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute an AI-first transformation strategy across RTR, PTP, OTC, FPA and Controllership.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for GenAI, AI/ML, RPA, Agentic AI and advanced analytics.
• Own transformation value realization, ROI tracking, productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI Digital Solutioning Conceptualize and design

• AI-enabled solutions for Finance Accounting processes.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI, automation and digital transformation use cases.
• Drive adoption of GenAI, RPA, analytics, cloud and intelligent automation platforms.
• Ensure scalability, governance, responsible AI practices and sustainability of transformation solutions.

Client Stakeholder Management

• Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads and senior business stakeholders to define transformation vision and priorities.
• Lead transformation workshops, discovery sessions, solutioning discussions and roadmap presentations.
• Build strong executive-level relationships and secure stakeholder buy-in for transformation initiatives.
• Manage global stakeholder engagements across multiple geographies.

Pre-Sales Business

• Growth Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture and proposal development for FA transformation opportunities.
• Develop differentiated AI-led transformation offerings, frameworks, accelerators and GTM propositions.
• Support deal pursuits, commercial/pricing discussions and solution commercialization.
• Build reusable transformation assets and AI-led FA solutions.

Program Delivery Governance

• Lead large and complex Finance Transformation programs across multiple accounts/geographies.
• Establish strong governance, risk management, compliance and performance management frameworks.
• Drive change management, adoption and benefits realization across transformation programs.
• Track KPIs including cost reduction, productivity improvement, automation adoption, cycle-time reduction and efficiency gains.

Team Leadership Capability Building

• Build and lead high-performing transformation teams comprising consultants, architects, SMEs and domain specialists.
• Mentor teams and develop capabilities across AI, GenAI, analytics, automation and Finance Transformation.
• Foster a culture of innovation, automation, continuous improvement and digital adoption.
