Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks an FP&A Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end transformation across FP&A delivery, sales, solutions and offerings through AI, automation and analytics. The role focuses on redesigning operating models and developing scalable finance solutions to deliver measurable business benefits.

You will lead enterprise-wide finance transformation programs, partner with global teams, and champion data-driven decision making, ESG finance integration and value realization across

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years in Finance Transformation, Consulting, GCC or Digital Finance.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide finance transformation programs.
• Experience implementing AI, analytics and automation solutions within finance organizations.
• Working experience in creating Partnerships and Alliances with AI & wider ecosystem for co-development and deployment of solutions.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

Drive transformation across FP&A delivery, sales, solutions and offerings through AI, automation, analytics and operating model redesign. Responsible for developing scalable finance solutions, driving adoption and delivering measurable business benefits through innovation and transformation programs.

Experience:

• 15-20+ years in Finance Transformation, Consulting, GCC or Digital Finance
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide finance transformation programs
• Experience implementing AI, analytics and automation solutions within finance organizations
• Working experience in creating Partnerships and Alliances with AI & wider ecosystem for co-development and deployment of solutions
