Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Hyderabad is seeking a senior Transformation Leader to drive digital finance and HR transformations. You will own end-to-end programs from concept to realization, engaging CXOs and cross-functional teams to articulate value and deliver outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in F&A transformation, governance, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record in large-scale programs across PTP, OTC, and RTR, and a consultative, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proven experience in transforming Finance business functions.
• End-to-end ownership of large, strategic transformation programs.
• Strong exposure to consulting-led transformation engagements.
• Ability to operate at leadership and CXO stakeholder levels.
• Experience across PTP/OTC/RTR processes.

Responsibilities

• Origin and shape digital transformation opportunities across in-scope processes.
• Define and manage the transformation roadmap at country and global levels.
• Serve as trusted transformation advisor to prospects and customers.
• Lead transformation strategies for Finance during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Solutions, Alliances, and Technical teams.
• Design and deliver solution demonstrations, POCs, and presentations.
• Bridge IT, Business, and Pre-Sales translating business requirements to tech solutions.
• Collaborate with alliance partners to assess platforms and partnerships.
• Recommend ecosystem-led solutions to maximize value.
• Establish governance frameworks for delivery and benefits realization.
• Define transformation KPIs and standardized ways of working.
• Guide project teams on milestones and metrics.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Identify enhancements to maximize business value.
• Share best practices across Transformation Leads.
• Drive consistency and maturity across Transformation approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively originate, identify, and shape digital transformation opportunities across in-scope processes with input from functional and domain experts
• Define and manage the transformation roadmap for identified opportunities at both country and global levels
• Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to key prospects and customers, providing strategic insights on how digital finance and HR solutions address business challenges
• Lead transformation strategies for Finance during the sales cycle, including opportunity identification and qualification
• Work closely with cross-functional teams Delivery,
• Solutions, Alliances, and Technical teams to build, test, and deploy transformation solutions
• Design and deliver innovative solution demonstrations, tailored POCs, and techno-functional presentations aligned to customer needs
• Act as a bridge between IT, Business, and Pre-Sales teams, translating business requirements into feasible technology solutions
• Collaborate with alliance partners and managers to assess applicability and usage of platforms, products, and partnerships
• Recommend optimal ecosystem-led solutions to deliver maximum transformation value
• Establish strong governance frameworks for transformation delivery and benefits realization
• Define a transformation measurement framework, KPIs, and standardized ways of working
• Guide project and process teams on defining, tracking, and achieving transformation milestones
• Track, analyze, and leverage performance metrics for continuous improvement of transformation outcomes
• Identify and recommend enhancements to existing projects to maximize business value
• Liaise with other Transformation Leads to share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable assets
