Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a seasoned Transformation leader with 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting transformation, digital initiatives, and process excellence. You will define and drive end-to-end roadmaps across RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A, and Controllership, translating business challenges into scalable solutions and leading large multi-account programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to Finance & Accounting transformation, digital transformation, or process excellence.
• Deep domain expertise across key F&A functions including RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A, and Controllership.
• Proven experience in defining and driving end-to-end transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Strong experience identifying process improvement, digitalization, automation, and transformation opportunities using operational and process insights.
• Hands-on experience leading large and complex transformation programs across multiple accounts, geographies, or business units.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, standardization, operating model transformation, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
• Experience translating business challenges into scalable transformation solutions and implementation programs.
• Strong exposure to automation and digital platforms such as RPA, analytics, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise transformation technologies.
• Proven experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, including Finance Heads, Controllers, and senior business leaders, to define transformation vision and secure leadership alignment.
• Strong stakeholder-facing experience in leading workshops, solutioning discussions, transformation assessments, and roadmap development.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution design, pricing inputs, and business case creation.
• Ability to develop reusable transformation frameworks, accelerators, best practices, and solution assets.
• Strong experience in transformation governance, risk management, compliance, change management, and benefits realization.

Responsibilities
