The role will lead and drive AI-enabled Finance & Accounting transformation by leveraging AI, GenAI, RPA, analytics and intelligent automation to deliver business value, cost optimization, productivity improvements and operational excellence across global F&A processes.

Transformation Strategy & Leadership

• Define and drive the end-to-end F&A transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute an AI-first transformation strategy across RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A and Controllership.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for GenAI, AI/ML, RPA, Agentic AI and advanced analytics.
• Own transformation value realization, ROI tracking, productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

AI & Digital Solutioning

• Conceptualize and design AI-enabled solutions for Finance & Accounting processes.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI, automation and digital transformation use cases.
• Drive adoption of GenAI, RPA, analytics, cloud and intelligent automation platforms.
• Ensure scalability, governance, responsible AI practices and sustainability of transformation solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads and senior business stakeholders to define transformation vision and priorities.
