Job summary

Golden Opportunities in India is seeking a senior consultant to lead end-to-end Finance and Accounting transformation initiatives across PTP, OTC and RTR functions.

You will own the transformation roadmap, engage CXOs, and collaborate with Delivery, Solutions, and Pre-Sales teams to design, demonstrate, and realize value through digital finance and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proven experience transforming Finance functions (PTP/OTC/RTR).
• End-to-end ownership of large, strategic transformation programs.
• Strong exposure to consulting-led transformation engagements.
• Ability to operate at CXO stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

• Originate, identify, and shape digital transformation opportunities across in-scope processes.
• Define and manage the transformation roadmap for identified opportunities at country and global levels.
• Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to prospects and customers, offering strategic insights on digital finance and HR solutions.
• Lead transformation strategies for Finance during the sales cycle, including opportunity identification and qualification.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Solutions, Alliances, and Technical teams to build, test, and deploy transformation solutions.
• Design and deliver innovative demonstrations, tailored POCs, and techno-functional presentations aligned to customer needs.
• Bridge IT, Business, and Pre-Sales teams, translating requirements into feasible technology solutions.
• Assess applicability of platforms, products, and partnerships with alliance managers.
• Recommend ecosystem-led solutions to maximize transformation value.
• Establish governance frameworks for transformation delivery and benefits realization.
• Define a transformation measurement framework and KPIs.
• Guide teams on defining, tracking, and achieving milestones.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Identify enhancements to maximise business value.
• Liaise with other Transformation Leads to share best practices and reusable assets.
• Drive consistency and maturity across transformation approaches within Business Units.

• Candidate with minimum 20+ years of experience into Finance and Accounting.
• Proven experience in transforming Finance business functions (PTP/OTC/RTR) .

• Strong exposure to consulting-led transformation engagements
• Ability to operate at leadership and CXO stakeholder levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively originate, identify, and shape digital transformation opportunities across in-scope processes with input from functional and domain experts
• Define and manage the transformation roadmap for identified opportunities at both country and global levels
• Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to key prospects and customers, providing strategic insights on how digital finance and HR solutions address business challenges
• Lead transformation strategies for Finance during the sales cycle, including opportunity identification and qualification
• Work closely with cross-functional teams Delivery, Solutions, Alliances, and Technical teams to build, test, and deploy transformation solutions
• Design and deliver innovative solution demonstrations, tailored POCs, and techno-functional presentations aligned to customer needs
• Act as a bridge between IT, Business, and Pre-Sales teams, translating business requirements into feasible technology solutions
• Collaborate with alliance partners and managers to assess applicability and usage of platforms, products, and partnerships
• Recommend optimal ecosystem-led solutions to deliver maximum transformation value
• Establish strong governance frameworks for transformation delivery and benefits realization
• Define a transformation measurement framework, KPIs, and standardized ways of working
• Guide project and process teams on defining, tracking, and achieving transformation milestones
