Golden Opportunities seeks an AGM/AVP to lead F&A Transformation in Hyderabad, overseeing end-to-end finance transformations (PTP/OTC/RTR) across global programs. You will engage CXOs, shape digital transformation opportunities, and drive roadmap delivery at country and global levels.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Solutions, Alliances, and Tech teams to build, test, and deploy transformation solutions, deliver tailored demos/POCs, and guide governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15+ years of transformation experience across all 3 Towers.
• Proven experience in transforming Finance business functions (PTP/OTC/RTR).
• End-to-end ownership of large transformation programs.
• Strong consulting-led transformation experience.
• Ability to operate at leadership and CXO levels.
• Experience shaping digital transformation opportunities with functional/domain experts.

• Define and manage transformation roadmaps at country and global levels.
• Act as trusted transformation advisor to prospects and customers.
• Lead transformation strategies for Finance during sales cycles including opportunity identification and qualification.

• Collaborate with alliance partners to assess platforms, products and partnerships.
• Establish governance frameworks for delivery and benefits realization.
• Define transformation KPIs and standardized ways of working.
• Guide project teams on milestones and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Identify enhancements to maximize business value and share best practices.

Job Title: AGM/ AVP - F&A Transformation

Candidate Expectations and Roles & Responsibilities:

Minimum 15+ yrs of experience required in Transformation across all 3 Towers.

Proven experience in transforming Finance business functions (PTP/OTC/RTR) .

End-to-end ownership of large, strategic transformation programs, from conceptualization to realization

Strong exposure to consulting-led transformation engagements

Ability to operate at leadership and CXO stakeholder levels

Actively originate, identify, and shape digital transformation opportunities across in-scope processes with input from functional and domain experts

Define and manage the transformation roadmap for identified opportunities at both country and global levels

Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to key prospects and customers, providing strategic insights on how digital finance and HR solutions address business challenges

Lead transformation strategies for Finance during the sales cycle, including opportunity identification and qualification

Work closely with cross-functional teams—Delivery, Solutions, Alliances, and Technical teams—to build, test, and deploy transformation solutions

Design and deliver innovative solution demonstrations, tailored POCs, and techno-functional presentations aligned to customer needs

Act as a bridge between IT, Business, and Pre-Sales teams, translating business requirements into feasible technology solutions

Collaborate with alliance partners and managers to assess applicability and usage of platforms, products, and partnerships

Recommend optimal ecosystem-led solutions to deliver maximum transformation value

Establish strong governance frameworks for transformation delivery and benefits realization

Define a transformation measurement framework, KPIs, and standardized ways of working

Guide project and process teams on defining, tracking, and achieving transformation milestones

Track, analyze, and leverage performance metrics for continuous improvement of transformation outcomes

Identify and recommend enhancements to existing projects to maximize business value

Liaise with other Transformation Leads to share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable assets

Drive consistency and maturity across transformation approaches within and across Business Units
