CREATAS INTERNATIONAL LLP is seeking an Export Sales Executive in Rajkot, India. The role supports export sales generation, coordinates documentation, processes orders, and develops international markets for ceramic tiles and related products.

You will coordinate with senior export managers, handle inquiries, and assist in negotiations. Freshers or semi-experienced candidates with strong English and organizational skills are encouraged to apply; working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM at the Rajkot

Designation: Export Sales Executive

Primary Responsibility: To support the export sales generation in international customer, coordination of documentation, order processing, and market development in specified country for ceramic tiles and related products

Reporting to: Export Manager

Required Skills: Good written and verbal English communication, Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ERP – if any), Understanding of international customer handling (training provided), Strong follow-up and coordination skills, Willingness to learn export procedures, Detail-oriented and organized, Professional and polite communication style

Key Result Areas

Internal: Assist in handling international inquiries from overseas buyers and distributors Prepare and share product details, catalogues, quotations, and price lists Coordinate with senior export managers for negotiations and follow-ups Maintain communication with customers through email, calls and video calls Identify new overseas buyers through online platforms and trade portals Also they have to travel international customer visit and convert sales

External: Support preparation of export orders, order confirmations and entry in CRM. Coordinate with Operation teams for order execution. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding dispatch schedules. follow up regarding sample process. Prepare basic export sales MIS and follow-up reports Update seniors with daily/weekly progress

Evaluation Criteria:

Internal: Every Month and Every Quarter will evaluation of number of container sales as per target and also check number of customer repeated order

External: Customer feedback and customer satisfaction level

Primary Internal Interactions: Sales and Operation Dept

Education Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc preferred)

Work Experience: Fresher/Entry-level candidate, Semi Experienced

Working Hours: 9.30 AM- 6.00 PM
