We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to develop and manage international business operations, expand overseas markets, and achieve export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and develop new international markets, customers, distributors and dealers.
• Manage existing overseas customers and maintain strong business relationships.
• Handle export enquiries, quotations, price negotiations and order processing.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, logistics and accounts teams for timely order execution.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, export MIS reports and performance reports for management.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs and customer meetings.
• Travel internationally for customer visits and business development when required.
