Job summary

Cosmos Group in Vadodara is seeking an Export Executive (Fresher) to support export operations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, logistics partners and clients to ensure timely execution of shipments.

As a fresher, you will assist in preparing export documents, track shipments, draft client emails, maintain records, and learn Incoterms and ERP tools while developing a structured, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of export process (theoretical knowledge acceptable).
• Proficient in written and spoken English for emails.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to export workflows.
• Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Email.
• Disciplined and responsible work approach.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive (Fresher) to support export operations, documentation, and coordination. The role involves working closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and clients to ensure smooth and timely execution of export shipments.

• Exposure to ERP/software systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
