Job summary

LORBAX INDIA PVT LTD in Delhi is seeking a detail-oriented EXIM professional to manage end-to-end export and import documentation and logistics coordination. The role involves preparing critical shipping documents and ensuring timely vessel movements across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have proven EXIM experience, strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, and familiarity with Forwarders, CHA, and customs compliance. Knowledge of Advance Authorization is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Export-Import Documentation / EXIM Operations.
• Strong understanding of international shipping procedures.
• Experience with freight forwarding and customs documentation.
• Knowledge of vessel scheduling and trade compliance.
• Ability to manage logistics coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Advance Authorization and duty-free import procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete Export and Import Documentation processes.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with factory, transporters, freight forwarders, CHA and shipping lines.
• Ensure timely shipment planning and execution to prevent missed vessels.
• Maintain daily status reports and monitor dispatch timelines.
• Ensure compliance and efficiency across EXIM processes.
• Manage logistics workflows and optimize shipment costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for cargo movement.

• Annual import volume of approximately 4050 containers

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to strengthen our EXIM operations and manage end-to-end documentation and logistics coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesExport & Import Documentation:

• Handle complete Export Documentation and Import Documentation processes
• Prepare, verify, and finalize critical shipping and trade documents including:
• Bill of Lading (BL)
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin (COO)
• Certificate of Conformity
• Other country-specific compliance documentation

Shipping & Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate closely with:
• Factory
• Transporters
• Freight Forwarders
• Shipping Lines
• Customs House Agents (CHA)
• Ensure timely shipment planning and execution so that vessels are never missed
• Manage:
• CFS Stuffing
• Factory Stuffing
• Dispatch scheduling
• Shipment tracking

BL & Freight Expertise:

Strong operational knowledge of:

• Original BL
• Sea Way BL
• Telex Release BL
• House BL
• Master BL
• Switch BL

Reporting & Operational Monitoring:

• Maintain and update Daily Status Reports (DSR) for all export shipments
• Monitor shipment schedules, approvals, and dispatch timelines
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all EXIM processes

Vendor & Compliance Management:

• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for seamless cargo movement
• Manage logistics workflows and shipment cost efficiency
• Knowledge and handling of Advance Authorization Scheme for duty-free imports
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs compliance
