Job summary

Chase Healthcare & Wellness Pvt. Ltd. urgently seeks a Senior Executive - EXIM to independently manage import and export operations for nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and surgical products.

The role requires 6-8 years of EXIM experience and solid documentation skills, with familiarity with FSSAI, DGFT and banking liaison tasks. Location is Sector 73, Noida, with Monday-Friday office work and permanent Saturday WFH. Immediate joiners preferred; pharma/nutraceutical exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years EXIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation.
• Experience in Pharma/Nutraceutical/Surgical/Healthcare products preferred.
• FSSAI regulations/registration knowledge.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage EXIM operations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end import & export operations and documentation.
• Hands-on with Nutraceutical & Surgical product imports/exports.
• Coordinate with CHA, customs, freight forwarders and transporters.
• Handle shipping bills, BL/AWB, COO, COA, MSDS and other export documents.
• Engage with banks for EXIM documentation and transactions.

Working: Monday-Friday WFO | Saturday Permanent WFH

Experience: 6-8 Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive - EXIM who can independently manage Import & Export operations for our Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical & Surgical products.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Import & Export operations and documentation
• Hands-on experience with Nutraceutical & Surgical product imports/exports
• Knowledge of FSSAI Nutraceutical product registration & compliance
• Preparation of Export Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists
• Coordination with CHA, Customs, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines & Transporters
• Handling Shipping Bills, BL/AWB, COO, COA, MSDS and other export documents
• Coordination with banks for EXIM-related documentation & transactions; bank visits required
• Knowledge of DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, RoDTEP and EXIM compliance
• Shipment tracking, customs clearance, MIS and resolving EXIM-related issues

Candidate Requirements

6-8 years of relevant EXIM experience

Strong practical knowledge of Import & Export documentation

Experience in Pharma/Nutraceutical/Surgical/Healthcare products preferred

Knowledge of FSSAI Nutraceutical regulations/registration

Strong communication, Excel and documentation skills

Ability to independently handle EXIM operations
