Job summary

Digivyer is seeking an experienced Export Manager with a mandatory FMCG background and hands-on experience in import and export operations. You will manage end-to-end EXIM documentation, logistics coordination, and handle international clients.

Based in Sokhda, GIDC, this in-person role requires knowledge of INCOTERMS, export compliance, GST LUT/refund, and coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines. Candidate should have 4+ years in FMCG exports and fluent English.

Qualifications

• FMCG industry experience is compulsory
• Must have experience in both import and export documentation
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end EXIM operations
• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)
• Experience coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Knowledge of customs regulations, export compliance, and GST (LUT/refund)
• Must have handled international clients or export orders directly

Responsibilities

• Manage complete import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
• Handle international client communication and order execution
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Manage LC documentation and banking processes (if applicable)
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
