Atharv Consultants is seeking an Export Import Documentation Executive to coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and custom brokers in India. The role includes customs clearance coordination and timely filing of Bill of Entry, along with EWay Bill preparation.

MBA IB/FT graduates with 6-10 years in import/export DGFT are preferred. Location options include Noida and other NCR areas, offering exposure to a growing electronics manufacturing segment.

Qualifications

• MBA IB / FT is required.
• 6-10 years of experience in Import/Export Documentation and DGFT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, & custom brokers.
• Coordinate customs clearance & resolving any customs related issues.
• Filing Bill of entry timely to avoid any additional late filing charges.
• Prepare EWay Bills.
