Job summary

Shellz India is seeking an expert female executive to manage export/import documentation, CHA and shipping lines, and invoice handling. You will oversee shipment tracking, DGFT and customs follow-ups, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation and MIS reporting for export operations.

The role requires 2–4 years in export documentation and international trade, with strong Excel and Outlook skills and excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years proven experience in Export Documentation & International Trade.
• Expertise in export documentation, customs, INCOTERMS, logistics, MS Excel, Outlook/excellent communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Shipment tracking, DGFT/customs follow-ups, customer communication, order processing.
