Job summary

Novaphene Specialities is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end export shipments for domestic and international customers. You will prepare and verify export documents, coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents, and track all transport modes to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years in EXIM/Export/Logistics, with knowledge of DGFT, freight forwarders, and international logistics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in EXIM / Export / Logistics.
• Experience in export documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
• Knowledge of DGFT, CHA, freight forwarders, air/sea freight, and international logistics.
• Experience in manufacturing / chemical / pharma industry preferred.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / ERP / SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipments for domestic and international customers, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain export documentation, including invoices, shipping bills, packing lists, customs documents, etc.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs agents, shipping lines, transporters, and internal departments.
• Arrange and track air, sea, and inland transportation and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate inward payment settlement and ensure correct billing against export receipts.
• Negotiate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to achieve cost-effective freight rates and routes.
• Monitor shipments and documentation to avoid delays, penalties, and additional logistics costs.
• Arrange sample shipments through DHL, FedEx, and other courier partners and track delivery.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely submission of export invoices and payment follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping companies, and other logistics service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of export shipments, documents, invoices, payments, and logistics communications.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, cost reduction, and timely delivery.
