Job summary

OS Consultancy Hr & Placement Service in Mumbai is seeking an Export Documentation specialist to manage end-to-end documentation from order processing through shipment and post-shipment activities.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in export documentation and solid hands-on knowledge of DGFT, LC, and Bills of Lading; capable of handling multiple export shipments independently; residing in Mumbai region.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete export documentation from order processing to shipment & post-shipment.
• Prepare and verify Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, BL/AWB, Proforma Invoices.
